Coaching sessions to determine focus areas and design best coaching program to meet individual goals. We ensure to have structured individual coaching sessions with minimum recommendation of 6 months. All sessions will be one hour long by zoom or phone. If necessary, both text and email weekly support will be available.

My journey to happiness and transformation started when an important chapter in my life closed after 15 years. I had invested many years and grew from all the experiences I had and knowledge I gained. It was a shocking moment and I realized that after many years I did not have the time to think about “what’s next?” As I meditated on what to do next, something inside me said to take this problem as an opportunity. For many years, I had always known that my calling was to help others and give the guidance to a happier life. I had the ability to help people and I am not a doctor or a healthcare professional. I worked with so many individuals for over 10 years and been able to help them in their professional and personal lives. In my professional environment, I have always been the key individual to work with people and help them make changes. I have always helped others to improve their current life situation and professional situation. I became, “their go to person.” Many have said I had become their mentor, their trainee, their support and that person that would just listen to them. After exploring for many years, I wanted to become a life coach. Somebody that can help others and give a different perspective in their lives.
