I am a qualified life coach, herbalist and crystal healer, combining all three within my services. If you are looking for just one of these, please contact me directly.
I work with the belief that we all have full control over our lives, and that all we need to get the life we want is to learn how to use it. Our actions determine the state of our life, but it’s our emotions that determine our actions. When we gain greater control over our emotions, we gain greater control over every aspect of our lives.
By watching my videos, using the Akara Method, coming to my wellness events and investing in either my wellness kits or my 1-on-1 wellness program, you will gain a permanent sense of greater control over your personal and professional life.

Having experienced and overcome a range of anxiety issues in the past, I specialise in working with others struggling with anxiety and stress based issues to bring them greater calm, greater confidence and greater control over all feelings of that kind.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I combine life coaching with crystal healing and herbalism. My philosophy is that there are three things that affect us; our external environment, what we put into the body and the thoughts that we ourselves put out. If we are able to improve all three of these areas then we will be able to significantly improve our quality of life and how we feel from day to day.
While life coaching allows us to start partaking in more beneficial thought processes, the crystals I use will create a more beneficial environment around you and the herbs taken will improve the health and wellness of the physical body. All is connected and so this way we are covering all our bases.

I run a 60 day wellness program where you will work with me one on one over a period of 60 days to gain permanent control over whatever emotional issue you may be facing, to gain greater direction in life or to gain lasting control over your general life situation. After assessing your specific needs you will also be given a selection crystals and herbs to help you accomplish this change.
ONLINE COACHING
I run a 60 day wellness program where you will work with me one on one over a period of 60 days to gain permanent control over whatever emotional issue you may be facing, to gain greater direction in life or to gain lasting control over your general life situation. After assessing your specific needs you will also be given a selection crystals and herbs to help you accomplish this change. Our sessions can be held online via video chat.
Additionally I offer a selection of natural wellness kits to help you overcome specific issues which can be bought directly from my site.

I run various group events in the Norwich area including day long wellbeing events, each to help you attain a specific aim such as releasing our fears and finding what's at your centre.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
From a very young age I felt the presence of a higher power; and I knew that things in this world didn’t work in quite the way people thought. I became forever obsessed with figuring out exactly what this higher power really is and how its creation (our world) really operates. I immersed myself in religion after religion; initially seeing some great truths in their teachings, but soon realising the abundance of flaws and gaps that the systems failed to address.
At age 14 my ultimate purpose was revealed to me. To figure out how the world really operates using my own unique methods. And to write a book for the world, explaining the foundations of the true mechanics of existence in this spiritually mathematical world.
From that moment, I decided to dedicate my life to writing this book; and to teaching people the spiritual mechanics that truly rule our world. Because when you understand how things work, then you understand how to make things work.
I have loved herbal tea and have collected crystals pretty much all of my life. However, it was only once I started really learning about them and consciously using them for their wellness benefits that I was able to find this purpose of mine. I have no doubt that this played a big part in me being able to progress to such a stage. And with the addition of all that I have learned about them and about the Self, they have continued to help me immensely throughout my journey.
By helping you to learn more about yourself and the subtle ways in which you control your life, by giving you the right natural tools for you and by teaching you specific techniques, I will teach you how to make your life what you want it to be.
