I'm a passionate compassionate human being, and that is one reason why I decided to become a Life Coach.
I support individuals to reconnect deeper with themselves and build their most authentic life on that foundation.
I believe, to live a fulfilled life, we first need to really know ourselves. Then we find out what we truly want and how our most authentic life looks like. I assist my clients on this path and on setting up and walking the steps to create it.
I was born and raised in Germany with an innate hunger to discover the world and to live life on my own terms. After my degree in Translation I went on a round-the-world trip - fully funded by myself. It was my big goal to go on this trip and so for a few years I saved every penny and worked a lot of random jobs to make my dream come true. I started my first full-time job after, but realised quickly that the shoe doesn’t quite fit. I took the leap, quit my job and started to work as a freelancer. Being location independent, I’ve been living a nomadic lifestyle for the last 7 years.
I’m passionate about playing a little role in helping others to live their own authentic life, whatever that might look like. I’m also passionate about Wellness Coaching. I suffered from multiple health issues (particularly allergies, hypothyroidism, gut problems and severe anxiety) for most of my life, until I decided to take charge over my own health, educate myself and change my lifestyle. I practice Ashtanga yoga and I love to dance and move my body in all sorts of different ways. In the last 10 years I gained extensive knowledge about all things health and wellbeing: nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, yoga, self-development, communication, healthy relationships and the human body and mind as well as the interconnectedness of the two.

I do not offer a fixed program or agenda, as I believe coaching needs to be customized to your individual needs.
I studied with the Life Coaching Academy, Australia and graduated with a Certificate IV in Life Coaching and a certification as Wellness Coach. On the foundation of my studies, my personal style of coaching developed, which is influenced by my yogic studies and lifestyle, as well as personal development tools and strategies I've collected in the last 12 years.
One field I'm exceptionally passionate about coaching in is health and wellbeing.

One-on-one coaching programs are done via (video) call and tailored to the individual needs of each client. It doesn't matter where in the world you are. We will find a time that suits both of us. I can coach either in English or German.
To find out whether I’m the right coach for you, I offer a free 30-minute intake session.
A coaching call is usually 60 minutes and, depending on your needs, can be scheduled anything between weekly and fortnightly. How long our coaching relationship will last, is dependent on your individual goals. We will agree on a number of sessions at the beginning of the coaching, which of course can be adapted as we go. I believe in most cases it takes at least 5 coaching sessions for the client to really benefit.
In between calls you get support via e-mail and messaging.

Fees: from $70 USD to $1000 USD
The price for 5 Sessions is 300 €, with every additional session for 55 €. There is a discount for 10 sessions (550 €), if paid in advance.
In exceptional cases one-off sessions can be offered for 70€ for 60 minutes.
