I am a certified life coach who specializes in dealing with stress, goal setting, positive mindset, limiting beliefs, empowerment, self-esteem, parenting and finding the balance in life that works best for you. I will help you identify life goals and plan out each step you need to complete to accomplish those goals. I will help you find your core values and build a strong foundation to help you become the best version of you.

Life coaching sessions will provide you with an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings to assist your learning, understanding and personal growth. My role as your coach is to help you through this process without judgment. I may on occasions give you information or offer suggestions to assist us in this process. This process involves your commitment, honesty and a desire to change. On my part, I pledge true helping intent and will offer my commitment, honesty, and respect throughout the coaching relationship alongside my broad range of life coaching skills.

I am a very hands-on coach. Together we will put together a customized plan for you that focuses on what you want your outcome to be and how we are going to get you there. I have many different tools and activities so that we can use only the ones that work best for you. I will give things that need to be worked on between session and we will discuss them at the beginning of your next session. We will work towards long term goals by taking them a step at a time.

We conduct our session via web conference or by phone so you can attend your session from anywhere. We put together customized coaching packages for each client based on their needs. We offer both 1 hour and 1.5-hour sessions and have many coaching packages available that allow you to pre-purchase session hours together at a discounted rate.

We offer many mini-courses such as goal setting, motivation, and many others. We have a monthly membership that includes access to all of our mini-course or you can purchase each course individually.

I have always been the person that other people came to when they needed someone. I love helping guide others and helping others feel great again. I decided to open my own business after going through a place in my life where I had lost myself. My identity had become just being a mom. I couldn't remember who Amanda was anymore. I started searching for others who were dealing with the same issue. I found an amazing mom and business owner who had been where I was and she helped me realize how important it was to take care of me. Once I found me again I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to help people who were struggling in life. I opened The Unknown Mom to help and guide mothers who were completely overwhelmed, stressed and felt like they were just surviving day to day. The more people I helped the more I knew that this is what I was meant to do with my life. I became a certified life coach and have now branched out and opened Your Unspoken Truth which is open to helping anyone that is ready for a change in their life. Although I still hold a soft spot for struggling mothers I am loving be able to help all kinds of people from all walks of life find their lightbulb moments.

Our 1-hour session fee is $100 

Our 1.5-hour session fee is $140
