My role as your partner is to listen to the in-between and feed it back to you. What would it feel like to hear someone ask, “What’s behind that?” You might share a story about your personal / professional relationships but still not see the opportunity to learn about being a better human for both yourself and others.

You are whole and complete. You have the ability to find new opportunities, create goals for change, and learn how to motivate better processes. I am going to believe in your ability to be authentically you. I am holding your vision and mirroring it back.

As a coach, I am not going to offer you unsolicited advice simply because what is true for me, likely isn’t true for you. My advice is not important compared to your knowledge and understanding of how to live your most authentic life.
