My approach to therapy and coaching is holistic and integrative mindset. I am very passionate about working with anxiety, depression, autism, adhd, adjustment disorder, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress, family dynamics, school issues, and other disability areas.
I have more than 20 years' experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am passionate about assisting individuals with disabilities be successful in their communities. I use a wide range of therapeutic approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral approaches, emotional regulation skills, mindfulness, interpersonal communication skills and Adlerian therapy.
