A lot of women are not in their core energy which is their feminine energy, they function or are too tapped into their masculine energy & ego which stops them from truly being in alignment with themselves.

This is something I have personally experienced & have healed my feminine blocks in order to access my divine feminine energy & now help other women do the same.

Spiritual growth is a big part of reconnecting with self & your higher-self but also tapping into the magic of the universe.

The 4 bodies are mental, physical, spiritual & emotional. In my opinion & from personal experience these all interlinked together & affect each other. If one is out of alignment the rest are. Therefore, I do work to address these 4 bodies with my clients.

FEMININE WELLNESS/DIET: 

We work closely with the physical body to adjust diet in order to help your body get back into balance. We establish healthy daily practices, introduce a wellness routine & adjust your lifestyle.

GOALS: 

In my sessions we focus on achieving certain goals you may have that you want to see manifest. These goals can be broad & I also make up goals for you based on your desires & soul’s calling!
