My clients get skills to use in their every day life. The goal is to not need a coach after a period of time and to be able to achieve goals alone with all of the skills we worked on. I strongly believe that each and every one of us has incredible potential to find success and happiness.
I love one on one coaching (in person or via Skype/Facetime) but I truly enjoy my workshops where people build an incredible dynamic and help eachother and also build lifelong friendships. Mottos are "Help your Self", "How to build confidence" and I offer retreats every 3-4 months which include Yoga, Meditation, Stress management and mindset training.
I am a go for it person and am very solution oriented. I believe that nothing is out there that we can't achieve with faith, hard work and a positive mindset.
My experiences I share with my clients show them that everything is possible if we really want it and work hard enough for it. We all individually have potentional things that make us unique and special.
