I am an expert at limitations and negative thinking. In fact, I know them so well, I had to create a path out for myself. But, now that experience is what helps me to empathize and help my clients.
I speak only from experience. I have learned that knowledge without the experience is information. I help others only because I have been through low self-esteem, depression, insecurity, no self-worth, financial struggles and parenting challenges. I have faced fears that debilitated me and crippled me. I can help you because I have been through it and, I have received the help which I am grateful.
I help you be more you. After working with me, things are doable, possible and achievable. I focus on what is it that you wish to achieve and what is in the way. I identify the root cause, eliminate that and things flow again.
What you will experience is lightness, freedom, and creativity. It is you back in the driver's seat of your life.
I listen and ask a lot of questions. I don't have a predetermined idea of questions or answers for you. If I ask enough right questions, the answer will come to you. you will connect the dots and the insights are all yours.
I bring the space, curiosity, attention, and lightness so that you can explore your situation and determine your next steps.

I do phone coaching. I prefer to talk to the you because I get a larger sense of who you are. I get to feel what you feel.
My coaching sessions are powerful and gentle.
My process is as follows:
I - Indentify an emtional / mental block / belief/thought.
E - Eliminate the block
R - Replace with a new preferred belief/thought
M - Master the new thought to make if the new normal.
After 13 years of sitting behind a cubicle, coming home drained at the end of every day, I began a personal journey to discover my purpose. What I discovered empowered me. My intuition inspired me to take actions that appeared frightening, but trusting it produced results in record time. I was the only one who was holding me back from all the bliss. I am always at the point of choice. I now choose to help people in their life, business, and finances rebuild and expand by eliminating sabotaging habits, thoughts, behaviors and patterns. I ask questions to eliminate the emotional charge, then replace that with the desired outcome.
When I am not working with clients or managing life with my two sons, you might find me speaking to a group of professionals. I am also a licensed Avatar® Master. Avatar® is a powerful and speedily effective course based on the simple truth that your beliefs will cause you to create or attract situations and events that you experience as your life.
My education at Loyola University encompassed of Computer Science, Theology and Anthropology. I am very good at problem solving! It is such a thrill. That is why I assist my clients to solve their own problems. I want them to experience that thrill/ joy. It is what life is made of.

My initial session is $300 for 2 hours. In this session, we are doing a powerful clearing. That means, take any area of your life, identify all blocks you are experiencing and we will start clearing them off your energy using the Intuitive EFT. Very Powerful. A new Start.
If you just want simple coaching w/out energy work, it is $125 for 1 hour session. Each session is seperate and complete. Each session handles a single situation.
Monthly cost for a weekly coaching session is $400

Originally I met Archana through a referral networking group. She was coaching our team to help us be the best we could be as a team and taught us how to support each other by passing qualified referrals, not leads.
At the time, I had a brand spanking shiny new business and was very green, both as a new business and as a new entrepreneur. Eventually, I began working with Archana as my business coach. She has a natural essence and energy about her that automatically makes one feel more comfortable with her. And she has an innate ability to know what YOU need, even if you do not know yourself!
While we initially began working on my business doing the usual stuff (setting up structures, processes, systems, etc.), we also began working on ME, as an individual. We defined the mission and vision statement for my business. She helped me plan my new website content and a business plan. And we worked on my WHY. We also worked on what was holding me back from certain decisions that also affected my business. Additionally, we worked on goals and setting goals that were attainable... Eventually, we worked on some real personal stuff that I didn't even know needed support at the time, but eventually realized the tie to my business goals.
Once we worked through many of these various pieces/parts, I realized the growth in me, personally and watched that growth directly impact my business growth.
Archana has a set of tools that she uses to get right to the root of the source. Issues that at first may seem unrelated, does impact other areas and she is definately the right person to help get over that hump. I HIGHLY recommend her! My business has now officially surpassed the 5.5+ years mark and I give a lot of credit to Archana for that!
