Ashley Rose has worked in the mental health field for over twelve years. Watching clients receive healings and learning new ways to express their emotions and handle day to day activities more effectively give her great enjoyment.
Clients achieve: higher confidence, self-love, goal setting and achieving, and learning to live in the present moment.
Some of the techniques used are meditation, mindfulness, letting go (exercises), affirmations, intention (goal) setting, behavioral therapy, and talk therapy. Some of the clients we work with deal with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and childhood trauma.

Ashley Rose is the founder of The Rose Awakening. The rose is representative of the self. The thorns represent the trials and tribulations; meanwhile, the rose is what we blossom into if we allow ourselves to become transformed rather than becoming consumed with our past. Letting go of the past and embracing the present allows one to blossom into a rose.
A lot of her life coaching techniques are pulled from her own struggles in life from losing both her parents, surviving an abusive relationship, overcoming Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and living with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD).
Ashley Rose graduated with a master's in counseling (2010) and bachelor's in human services (2006) from Mercer University. Rose is also a trained life coach (2010) and behavioral therapist (2011). She has worked in the life coaching, counseling and social work field for over 12 years.
