Coaching is a buddy system where together we explore your visions and dreams and plan a map to achieve them. The steps taken, as well as the direction, are up to you. You are in the driver's seat. Together we will overcome your obstacles and discover various approaches to help you achieve your visions. While on your journey you will discover your greatest gift, a feeling of self efficacy. Coaching is about taking steps to attain your personal best. And the best thing is...you do it "your way".

My coaching modality is not only listening to your story, but truly hearing  and empathizing with your concerns. I will help guide you to develop small goals, as well as brainstorm with you on how to overcome obstacles that may lie in your path. During your journey you will develop a sense of self efficacy. It is through building self efficacy that you will develop the skills to achieve your highest goals and make your dreams your relaity.

I became interested in wellness as new mother. I was on a mission to give my children the best I possibly could. Through studies and research, I discovered how our food effects our health and that medications can mask disease symptoms rather than cure. I learned that the reliance on medications can lead to more medications. I learned that giving your body what it needs physically, emotionally and spiritually is the best way to promote true wellness and I began studying every thing  and anything related to holistic helath. it was this thrist for knowledge that was the catalyst of my passion for helping others achieve a better quality of life by becoming a Health and Wellness Coach.
