About me

Becki Dean is a certified life coach with her a vast array of expertise. She is a certified hypnotherapist, with many successful, happy clients paying tribute to her abilities.

Personal family life is essential to Becki. She is married and enjoys time with her family and her dog. Becki attended Rio Salado Community College, Grand Canyon University, and Crown College. Becki is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Psychology.

OFFERINGS

PRIVATE COACHING

Becki offers 50-minute individual sessions and weekly group sessions to provide additional support for the individual needs of her clients.

Life skills techniques through the use of cognitive behavioral techniques, Weight management, and smoking cessation through the use of hypnosis techniques. Becki has received training in conflict resolution, management of obsessions, and pain management techniques through non-medical means. Mindfulness and spiritual wellness. Various packages are available to ensure the availability of her services in affordable ways.

ONLINE COACHING

Becki provides online coaching options via zoom.

Short courses or group coaching

Weekly support groups are available and currently run either in a 12-week or 8-week format.

My life has been a roller coaster of experiences. I have been in a lousy marriage, went through the pain of divorce, lost a child, experienced health issues, and risen to the top. I have experienced the joy of having a number-one song on different music charts. I have experienced the pleasure of a great marriage and the strength of being in a relationship of value and love. Life is a teacher, and I have been an eager student.
