My first year as a stay-at-home dad was challenging.

Even during my second year, I experienced a lot of overwhelm. I was unfocused and frustrated.

I knew I needed to turn things around, but didn't know how or where to start.

So I started looking for a coach to help me figure out why I was struggling so much, and overcome that.

I've been a stay-at-home dad for 4 years. Prior to that I worked from home. So I know both the benefits and the challenges.

I'm from Philadelphia, and our family has relocated to San Diego County then Chicago and now Costa Rica. I do coaching through easy-to-use online video calls, so we can connect no matter where you are in the world.
