A laid back, easy going experience with a warm environment of empathy. The ability to hold a client accountable and motivate when necessary. Of the feeling that intrinsic motivation always supersedes the extrinsic type. You possess the motivation and I join alongside you, and together we propel you forward to meeting all your goals.

There are several options available for the convenience of the client. If we are regionally close one on one in person sessions are possible. For distance coaching the options are text-based and email correspondence between coach and client. This is an especially attractive offering to those who are beginning coaching and are a little apprehensive. It's a great place for your coaching journey to begin!

The video chat option is a popular choice for many coaches and clients today. There are several different applications available via cell phone or computer. This coach will do his very best to meet the client in their comfort zone.

The road less traveled would be a great description of my life. An early life set back that could have derailed any opportunity of accomplishment, Instead became fuel for personal success and triumph in multiple areas of life. I now hope to share with you the observations, motivational techniques, and paths forward to a greater life.

This is a client by client sliding scale fee depending on your household income. I strive to make services available to anyone who needs coaching or consultation. There is currently limited availability for pro bono sessions.

$10.00 = the intake assessment or consultation phase to discuss all the things that are concerning to the client, and in unison develop an action plan for success going forward.

$15.00 - $100 = after the initial assessment the coaching sessions begin, each lasting approximately 45 to 55 minutes in length, all sessions must be paid for prior to the appointment time in adherence to the rules dictated herein.

My goal is to make sure that no one is excluded from coaching services because of income. This is all the more important in these uncertain times with the COVID-19 pandemic.
