About me
Brian Maphosa is a seasoned internationally trained coach. He has coached executives, managers. supervisors, leaders in various spheres, as well as teenagers and people in relationships. He has also consulted for blue chip private firms, state institutions, & NGOs, etc in Africa, and the Middle East.
He is a Haggai Institute trained facilitator and has trained leaders from all over the world. He holds an MBA from MANCOSA. He is an expert in HR matters where he has held senior executive positions with leading forms. .
Brian is passionate about travel and golf where he is now involved in its successful administration in the country and at continental levels. He is married to Lwazi and they have two children who are now pursuing their careers in the Middle East and the USA.

PRIVATE COACHING
I provide one on one coaching for clients that can avail themselves. These sessions just as with our other sessions are held in the strictest manner possible for the mutual benefit of the parties involved.
The Coaching Format includes:
• 60 minute "Engagement session" first session
• One 30 to 60 minutes phone call per week (Please note the session length depends on the program)
• You will have unlimited Email support
• Occasional brief check-in calls.
• “Open Door’ policy- i.e. will endeavor to be available at short notice when needed.
Coaching is a deliberate mutual relationship between a coach and client. The relationship is such that the client maintains his/her power. The client has all the answers to the challenges they face and my role is simply to help the client explore the obscure, the hidden and/or concealed possibilities for a break through life. I will question and challenge you, ask you the right questions, press the right buttons and get you to probe yourself deeper. The answers are all hidden deep inside you. Let us see the joys of you seeing your life unfold before your own eyes.
My working model is that for you to successfully change your life, your career, your marriage, your business we need to understand where we are and where it is that we want go. Fees:
from $300 USD to $720 USD
Our fees are charged as follows:
• 5 sessions of coaching – US$300
• 9 sessions of coaching – US$550
• 12 sessions of coaching – US$720
We offer a 10%discount for payment upfront and flexible terms over a three months period.
