Britt MacFarlane

During well over a decade of coaching I have worked with 100’s of professionals to either help them up the career ladder, build their businesses and navigate and improve their relationships. I am credentialed with the International Coach Federation to the level of Professional Certified Coach which means that I meet their quality’s of a professional coach and that I subscribe to their ethical standards and I also mentor other coaches. 

Most recently I have been working with people who wish to fast track their career’s and develop their leadership skills. My previous experience, in leadership development and in being employed by companies to fast track employees with lots of potential, lends itself to this work. It is something I really love as I find it incredibly fulfilling to work with people who are committed to their own growth and development.

HOW MY COACHING WORKS

From the first session you will immediately gain tools and techniques to get you started in making positive steps forwards. 

I will work privately with you to create a program specifically tailored to your needs where you will be supported and encouraged.

• We will meet weekly or bi weekly depending on your experience of being coached and your preferences. 


• I have a monthly payment plan if you are ready to invest in yourself, but aren’t ready to pay in full. 


• We will have a contract between us to ensure professionalism and confidentiality.
