Coaching is accomplished through developing/exploring strategies; developing self-advocacy skills, self-care skills, creating action steps & supporting clients in their efforts to move from survivor to thriver.
I prefer to focus on clients who want to make transitions, demonstrate deep desire for achieving the goals they want, be open to new approaches, & understanding that coaching is a process requiring effort.

Prior to becoming a life coach and medical advocacy consultant, I have been a student, health care provider, and educator in the Medical Field, Emergency Medical Services, and Social Service Industries for 25+ years; employed/volunteered with grassroots and nonprofit organizations; held several management, proctor, training, and leadership positions. I am a survivor of Polytrauma myself and can speak from firsthand experience about going from survivor to thriver.
