My mission is to help clients utilize tools within themselves to better help navigate their daily lives and routines. We can work with career goal setting, anger management, healthy boundaries and inner guidance for healthy relationship building, to name a few. 

Another part of my services that is kind of the glue to my passion for working with clients would be my yoga classes. I provide individual and group yoga. I would like to ensure you that you will receive outstanding care and the mind body connection you need to re-align yourself for your journey towards wholeness. Each class will be designed with the client in mind. I will meet you where you are and help you grow towards your desired wholeness. Yoga, is not about stretching and awkward poses, Yoga is about coming into one with yourself and understanding that the power of everything you want is in you and at your disposal.

I promise to bring my Authentic Self to meet you where you are. My coaching style is not for the light hearted. We will get down to the root of your issues at hand so we can build from the inside out. The process may be painful at times, but you will have long lasting tools and results for the life you desire.

Lets just say, if I had not had experiences and events in my life that lead me to pull up roots and do my own Shadow Work, I would not be able to show up for you and do what I do. 

Fee's are based on coaching increment timing (60, 75, 90 min)

Consultatons are free

First appointment: $125-$200

Fee's range from $75-$250 and $25 for each additional 20-30 minutes over scheduled time.
