About me
I am an extremely passionate lady and I believe strongly that everyone should at some point in their life benefit from what life coaching can offer. I truly love what I do and I really enjoy helping people overcome their fears and insecurities or reach their life time goals. Whatever their life issue is, I know it's possible to overcome it with the help and guidance of a good life coach. So, why should you choose me? Well I have had first hand experience in this life coaching process - I went through (like most people) some pretty difficult experiences through my life, one of which that almost tipped me over the edge, I saved myself by taking a life coaching course and I actively life coached myself back from a very dark place. Because of my background I have empathy and understanding where other's may not, I also know how difficult life can be and I know how unfair and depressing it sometimes feels too. I also know you are scared of what life coaching may uncover, but if you can just open your mind for a little bit and see that by taking a positive step towards a brighter future, sometimes change is required and we all fear change a little bit, but after a while we soon get used to it and it becomes part of your life before you know it and that is all life coaching is, a change in your life. I have successfully turned my life around, I am now really living the dream and I will share some of my journey with you too when we meet, it's only fair if you are going to share your life with me. I have coached many friends and colleagues as well as clients since qualifying 3 years ago and the resounding feedback I always receive is how positive and objective I am. I get results consistently, it is always based on your desires and your dreams, I listen and I guide, I suggest and I offer thought provoking ideas and it is always driven entirely by what you want and what you take from the sessions and how far you want to go with this is up to you. Life coaching has given me a second chance at life, I thought I had one life and that was it, but since taking that leap of faith, my only regret is I wished I had done it sooner. My parting words to you are in the words of Nanny McPhee, "when you don't want me but need me, I must stay but when you want me but no longer need me, I have to go". PRIVATE COACHING
I offer 1:1 sessions over the telephone or via Skype, the sessions are typically 60-90 minutes long and usually happen every 2 weeks, the first 30 minute session you have with me is a free intro meeting where we can establish what it is you wish to explore, how I work, what you should expect and to answer any questions or concerns you may wish to raise. Each client is different so it's difficult to establish exactly how long the life coaching process will take each client, but typically 6 months is a good guide. 10% deduction to pre-booked sessions of at least 6, 90 minute sessions or more.
Fee description
Fees:
from $25 USD to $40 USD
I believe life coaching should be an accessible and affordable luxury for everyone that needs it and that is why I charge a reasonable and affordable fee for my services. The fees start from £25.00 for the first hour, and £40 for 90 minutes. The sessions rarely run for longer than 90 minutes but if that happens, we can discuss at the session. My preference would be for my fees to be transferred into my bank account ahead of each session please. This will free up our time to enable our time spent together is as productive as possible.
