I offer 1-1 sales coaching and business coaching either in person or over the phone. The sessions last between 1 - 1 1/2 hours
I also offer coaching via skype (1-1) or group coaching through webex. This allows me to coach all around the world and usually be able to accommodate my clients availability.
We offer a number of short 1 or 2 day workshops and group coaching sessions. We offer group sales coaching and brainstorming sessions with teams and SME's.
All our trainings (especially sales and business related trainings) are provided with follow up coaching to retain level of learning and implementation.
I have extensive sales and sales management experience as well as sales training experience. My expertise on sales behavior is helping businesses all over the world to increase their turnover and overall employees performance. My experience ranges from start-up companies to SME's and large multinationals. I am able to coach/ train in English and German.
