About me
I began my Life Coaching journey before I even knew what Coaching was! When I was in high school I would tell my friends I that I wanted to be a Happiness Consultant and always encouraged others to 'find their happy'.
After graduating with my Bachelor's degree, I began coaching over 100 low-income students at two top private liberal arts institutions. Many of my students went on to medical or graduate school, spent semesters abroad, or engaged in fellowships and internships directly correlated with their success and matriculation through their bachelor's programs.
Throughout my Master's studies, I have coached students on academic probation through strengths-based frameworks focused on well-being, goal setting, and intrinsic motivations. I believe in the Law of Attraction and manifesting what we want in this life.
Currently, I am a Career Coach and College Success Teacher in central Minnesota. I love all aspects of coaching and supporting others, and allowing clients the space to BE and FEEL great!

RESULTS & GOALS
I help clients figure out their passions through support and encouragement, removing limiting beliefs, and channeling positive mindsets for success. I believe in using a combination of talent, intrinsic motivation, and interests to create balance in career and life decision making. Through coaching exploration, one on one discussions, assessments, career research, and mindfulness techniques, clients will discover strengths and new positive ways of being and becoming.

Coaching is what I live for and I enjoy being able to not only connect with clients individually, but support their endeavors and create lasting relationships that transcend the coaching space. I am a world traveler, oldest sibling, child of a teen parent, singer, lover of life, connector, mover, and game changer.
