I help others do what others have done for me: break through (self-created) barriers to live a happy and successful life that can truly be enjoyed and shared instead of simply being endured alone.

Many of us were damaged in our early lives which caused us to make unwise choices--in an attempt to protect ourselves--which have taken us off track. Our choices are our responsibility; other than our ability to choose, what power do we have?

So I want to help you make better choices for yourself by reflecting back the options you show me and helping you weigh out the potential outcomes. Then you can make your final decision.

You set the goal and we'll work toward it together. You're the driver and I'm the navigator. When we reach your destination, I'll get out of the car and you can continue moving forward. I'm only here for a short time. Remember, it's your goal and your life; I'm just along for the ride.

I want to see your best and won't hesitate to remind you of it when you short-change yourself because of prior setbacks; that's why we'll talk about your successes first. Sometimes you have to take a step back to get the best foundation for moving forward. So your so-called failures can be the beginning of your greatest triumphs if that's how you choose to see and use them; I'll remind you of that as well. 

I can't do it for you because you won't appreciate it as much as when you figure it out for yourself. Even if my answers are perfect, you still have to decide if and how to apply them in your life, your personal situation. I will encourage you and guide you as best I can, but it's still your life we're dealing with.

If you choose so, I can recommend or advise in certain situations, but I still want you to understand that you can do it. I don't want you to be dependent on me. Depend on yourself and your Higher Power, Who Is with you always.

Four packages will be available:

One-on-One phone call coaching sessions, 45-60 minutes each (client's choice).

Being hurt as a child led me to make choices which turned out to be not only self-destructive but destructive towards the ones I loved most. Those choices led me to prison for longer than I need to be there--not that I didn't deserve to be, but because I had continued to try and protect myself from life--until I finally made the decision (with the help of many people whom God put in my life) to face life on life's terms and accept the pain that comes along with living. When I learned to accept both sides of life, it was easier to deal with because I knew that the tide would eventually turn. While still in prison I studied Drug and Alcohol Counseling as well as Ministry and continued my studies upon my release. 

I now work as a counselor with my own people: those who never learned to deal with the hurts that life placed on them and so they struck back in order to protect themselves. Sometimes our best choices can be wrong and destructive, but until we find ourselves in a place of safety we can't recognize it. It's my job to help create that safe space for my clients so they can accurately reflect back on their choices in order to make better ones in the future.

I'd like to do that for you as it was done for me, because I would never have made it this far without those people who owed me nothing but gave me everything they had. And by letting me help you, you help me repay my debt.
