I am most energised and alive and at my best when I am working with and for people. Coaching fulfills my longing to spend time with peope and to be a part of their journey towards optimum wellbeing and peformance.
After starting my own charity and becoming a personal trainer, I became a wellbeing coach as I recognised the integral link between physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing. By building awareness and creating the ability to make new choices, I help people to overcome the saboteurs that impact their wellbeing including managing their anxiety and overwhelm and learning how to regulate so that they can perform at their best both at work and in their personal lives.
I work with individuals and organisations to support my clients as they become the parents and the leaders they wish they had. By building awareness, I work with clients to overcome their saboteurs and to implement healthier choices so that they can be more present, more controlled and more effective, leading to greater wellbeing and improved performance at home and at work.
I like to coach in both one on one and group settings. As a partner in the coaching process, I recognise that my job is to support the client/clients as we journey together. I am a facilitator of their awareness through questions, reflection and observation. I offer tools that can help this whilst allowing the client/clients the freedom to explore and discover themselves in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space.

I have always been interested in seeing people grow and develop. Having captained my university rowing club, I started to appreciate the importance of physical health on my life. As such, I began my journey qualifying as a personal trainer and am now a qualified life and health coach.
As a Health and Wellbeing Coach, I recognize the integral relationship between physical, mental, emotional and social health and wellbeing and how they impact our performance in all areas of our lives. Being healthy in these areas allows my clients to function and perform at their best. Much of my focus is on supporting clients in the management of stress and anxiety in response to overwhelm and uncertainty, offering them tools and techniques that they can use to ensure that they get the best out of themselves in their careers and in their homes.
Individual coaching is a collaborative partnership that allows my clients the opportunity to talk and to be heard in a confidential and supported space. By partnering with my clients on a journey into themselves, my ability to listen and to see the whole person allows them to work through the overwhelm of their thoughts, the worlds’ expectations and everything else that is causing them to anxiety and ill health. Through discussion and the use of tools and activities, coaching with me can help clients move towards a space of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and optimum performance.
Online coaching programmes can be curated specifically for a client but a general programme runs for 8 one hour sessions, either weekly or fortnightly with sessions run over Zoom.

I was born in Zimbabwe and have had the privilege of living and travelling all over the world.
Returning to Zimbabwe in 2010, I set up a charity building preschools for orphaned and vulnerable children. At this stage, I qualified as a personal trainer and trained clients in order to supplement my income. It was in this work that I started to engage with people and love to see them free from limitations as their bodies changed and their thoughts changed through our discussions and time shared together.
In 2106, I moved to Cape Town with my husband and over the last 5 years, we have had two children. My children have taught me so much about how to be the leader and the parent that I wish I had. They have taught me how to self-regulate, to manage my anxiety and to be calm, creative, patient and compassionate to them and to myself.

R950 per one hour session
R6800 for upfront payment for 8 sessions (R850 per session)
Group coaching or workshops:
R1500 per hour (includes preparation and all tools/stationary required)
