You determine what you desire from mentorship and I will support you by developing a plan to connect to your inherent power and ability to overcome your shadow work.
Together, we can create a system or practice that has the sustenance for you to continue progressing in your spirituality. Using techniques that include, but aren't limited to; journaling, meditation, guided mindfulness and cognitive restructuring, tarot, and more. There will be assignments along with sessions in order to gain clarity and better process your shadow as well as your light.

As your spiritual mentor I would be responsible for guiding and supporting you as you work on your shadow work and resolving blockages you may have preventing you from moving forward spiritually. I will also assist you in discovering a path that fits in your lifestyle and belief system or lack there of. I am along for this journey with you to guide and provide you with the tools required to accomplish your spiritual goals. I am absolutely not here to do the work for you, no one can do another persons shadow work, resolve their personal blockages, or decide what beliefs and practices are right for another person. I will hold you accountable for doing the work, so you'll need to be committed to progressing and growing spiritually. Last, I will provide some resources, and guidance on different paths you could pursue based on what resonates within you. My goal is to set you up on a path that you love that you'll be able to navigate on your own resulting in an end to our sessions.

Each session is 60minutes. You can book one session at a time or five at the same time. If you book a package of five you'll receive a discount on the total.

I charge $65 per single one-hour session and $275 for a package of 5 one-hour sessions.
