We begin with a baseline evaluation then strategically prepare mentally, physically, and professionally for each and every step of your journey towards success. We will build up your strengths and overcome your challenges so at the end of the day the results you achieve greatly exceed your expectations.


I have a well-developed sense of the challenges my clients face, which allows me the opportunity to develop training for each individual that will aim to “overshoot” their goals in the right ways. I work closely with every client to ensure they are equipped for every challenge they face.

As the Executive Director and Co-founder of Total Wellness Resource Center, I am a part of an eleite team of Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, along with Ceritified Coaches who speicalize in all critical areas of life. We combine our resources so that you get the latest and most effecive tools available - enabling you to reach beyond your dreams and find purpose, value, and happiness.

• I offer face to face sessions to clients who live in the South Bay / Los Angeles area. However, I realize the demands of everyday life, so I also offer Skype and /or phone sessions for convenience.

Online sessions are done via Skype or Phone based on the preference of the client.

Over the past 25 years, my attitude and work ethic has allowed me to successfully launch multiple start-up companies and hold an executive position in a fortune 100 company. I have a proven track record in developing and implementing industry-leading processes that assist my individual clients in becoming the best version of themselves. I also assist my corporate accounts in setting and implementing strategies that improve their effectiveness and increase their bottom line.

My ultimate accomplishment is helping my clients acheive a life they were created to live; a life of value, purpose, and happiness.

My group rate starts at $49.00 per client. ( based on size of group) My standard one hour session is $195.00 but multi session packages offer up to 25% discounts. Also, a sliding scale can be provided on a limited basis. Call for more details.
