I like to work one on one to support and encourage you in your grief or life journey. Instilling hope and working together in a partnership allows for empathy and understanding to guide our time together.
I have a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling and have used my clinical background and coaching experiences to assist people with grief and life transitions. I have worked with people at varying stages of their grief and life transition, including those with a sudden loss. My own experiences have played a part in how I use coaching to be a supportive partner in your journey.
