I like to coach people where we have a relationship based on equality, respect, openness, trust and fun!

First, we start off with a consultation to get crystal clear on the client’s goals, and discover what their blocks actually are. I like to get to know each other, build rapport and give you the best possible insight as to how we will proceed. 

In our coaching sessions, we will dive into the root of your blocks. This gives a lot of clarity. We have an equal chance to speak and listen to one another. This is a space to feel seen and heard. I always want the client to feel as comfortable as possible, I openly share my own relevant experience if it helps them, and I establish action steps at the end of each session which are aligned with the client’s goals

I offer support, accountability and the right balance between challenging the client and nurturing them.

2019 already has an amazing energy of action and change. I’m so excited to experience this journey of soul expansion we’re on together.

I gained a BA degree in Economics and Spanish. Although I had an incredible one year abroad in Barcelona as part of my course, I quickly realised that this wasn’t for me. I travelled solo to different countries, continuing to work on my personal development. Even though everyone told me not to travel to Asia alone, I ignored them and found the love of my life. We moved to Australia for one year, where I challenged myself through networking and public speaking. I found my purpose to help others rise to their highest potential and started coaching clients to transform their lives. After travelling the East Coast of Australia in a van, I travelled to Bali, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines before returning home to Belfast where I started to run my own women’s only events for personal development and expand my positive impact. I’ve learnt a TON of life lessons, including, more people in the world are good than bad, that the universe always has my (our) back and you have never failed until you give up. I’ve had a multitude of jobs and I’ve done a lot of academic studies and courses, yet I’ve found that what really gives a person character and ability, is their life experience.
