I am a Professional Certified Life Coach (PCC) on a mission to empower one million people to eliminate self-doubt by sowing the seed of confidence. I am dedicated to championing the well-being of people, businesses, and communities. As a goal-getter and Life Coach, I empower clients to create balance in all areas of life by helping them identify, prioritize, and accomplish their unique goals. I believe in developing a true partnership with others to eliminate fear and take action in their lives.
After 25 years of serving and supporting organizations in business management and operations, I called upon my natural strengths of hope and judgment to launch my professional coaching and consulting practice. As the founder of TWIDWID (The Way I Do What I Do), I help others develop resources and practical tools to advance day-to-day tasks and activities, resolve conflicts, refine perspectives, and enhance performance, using positive psychology to help clients resolve complex issues.
After earning a Bachelors degree in Sociology, I fueled my passion for helping individuals and businesses achieve their potential by simultaneously earning my Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O P) and obtaining my credentials with the International Coach Federation. I am personally fulfilled by teaching life skills to young people that will allow them to become respectful and responsible adults in society.

The Institute for Coaching Excellence (IFCE) provides a 6-month, 135-hour online training program for those interested in becoming a Certified Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach and those pursuing a professional coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation. Mentorship, income opportunities, and step by step instructions for launching a successful business are also provided as part of our Business in a Box program.

At first I did not know what to totally expect from a life coach, but boy was I in for a treat. The thing I like about Christian is that she listens to you and its a 50/50 partnership. I am pretty goal oriented but upon enrolling in an online certification program, and having sat on it for a year without making any progress, I knew something needed to be done. I needed to reset my goals. I needed a little motivation. And Christian was the person I need to get me back on track. I only had 8 sessions, but that was what I needed to get me back on track. Christian had me doing an action plan as soon as I started to settle back into my old ways of procrastination when it came down to this certification program. Although my progress was significant, it would have been inexistent if Christian didn’t find a way to get me back on track when life challenges kept me from reaching my goals. Christian also helped me in other areas of my life like finances, setting schedules, and ways to answer difficult questions while giving ‘witty’ answers, to name a few. I like Christian’s style. She is a great motivator and team player. Although my sessions have come to an end, I will definitely seek her services in the future if I need some more help with getting things done in a timely fashion. In short, I would definitely recommend her services to anyone in the future.
I booked an 8 week support package and not only got a coach but a partner to keep me focused, hold me accountable for the goals I set, and to achieve those goals. Christian “Chris†helped shift my mindset to create a lifestyle of positive thinking and gratitude.
Christian always has a way to calm me down before I make any crazy decisions while I’m emotional at the same not making me feel that I’m being irrational. She is very easy to talk to and gives me her undivided attention and really listens to me. Then provides sound advice without being judgmental, which keeps me calm and more willing to think beyond my point of view. I can trust her to keep our conversation confidential. She’s the best!
