I’m Christina Amen, a stay at home mom turned entrepreneur who learned how to structure and manage motherhood and family life to create a life that has space for me to live out my dreams while helping my family to grow and thrive. Over the past 14+ years, I have cracked the code for managing a fulfilling mom life and a thriving family life. Now, I’m on a mission to share what I’ve learned to help as many moms and families as I can.

My 1:1 life coaching is the most impactful and intensive of all of my offerings. Each session is client led and focused on defining the life you want, identifying where you are today, and mapping out the best path forward to achieve your goals. Private coaching is conducted both in-person and online.
For clients who are more comfortable with online coaching, prefer the convenience and flexibility, or live outside of my local area, online coaching is an additional offering available.
In addition to private coaching, I offer topic-specific workshops and courses that are designed to provide practical and actionable strategies and solutions for results in a particular area.
Group coaching is an additional offering that is available for enrollment once a quarter. My group coaching is structured to be a small group learning experience for accountability, community, and support.

Price is dependent upon category of service, method of coaching, and duration of service.
