My educational and training background is in Clinical Psychology, Eastern Meditation Therapy, Inner-Child and Shadow Work. I have endeavoured to combine these powerful practices into one holistic approach, which addresses the complexity of the human experience.
This method allows me to facilitate and guide my clients on their journey to recovery and wholeness. It is integrative, comprehensive and successful.
Everything in life is connected and the parts of us that make us human are also interrelated. Our physical body is affected by our emotional body, which is triggered by our mental processes - thoughts, habits, beliefs, and these are all guided by our spiritual body or our soul agenda.
We are multidimensional beings and any ailment found in one of our parts, is usually affecting or is affected by the other parts. This is why a wholistic approach works best.
I invite you to be brave and take your first steps with me on the road back to yourself and back to each other. We create our relationships, be they good or bad, based on our perspectives, willingness for connection and deeper understanding. Our sessions will not always be comfortable, and this should be expected of change. Comfort is the foundation of your problems and where creation and freedom go to sleep.
We will dive into your childhood and regress back into your "past-lives" so to speak, to intercept the experiences shaping your worldview and your inexplicable thoughts, beliefs and tendencies affecting each aspect of your life.

I offer One-To-One, as well as Couples or Family/Group Coaching Sessions Online via Skype/Zoom.
For a more impactful experience, lasting change - sessions are conducted once a week, and there will be "take home" activities that the client/s can work on between sessions - contrinuting to self-reflection and independent growth.
Depending on client needs and situational circumstances, sessions can run anywhere between 2 - 3 months.
My work with individuals focuses on clients who are experiencing any form of dis-ease in their current human experience - be they feelings of relationship/family discord/conflict, stress, depression, past trauma, anxiety, addiction or just feeling stuck and uninspired in life.
Couples coaching sessions relate to rekindling the fire, constructive communication, conflict resolution, emotional and/or physical abuse mediation, and divorce guidance.
The family/group sessions involve restoration and harmonizing of the family dynamics. This may pertain to spousal/parental estrangement, troubled teens, disruptive in-laws or other forms of discord/conflict within the family environment.
Session length: 1 hour (60 minutes)
The frequency of our sessions and the duration of our coaching relationship will be catered to your needs and available resources.
How do online sessions work?
I prefer to conduct our sessions online via Skype / Zoom. In my experience, online coaching is just as effective as in-person coaching. In fact, some of my local clients actually prefer working online. It cuts out the stress of travel time, allows us to connect from anywhere in the world and is certainly the greener option.
Once we have agreed upon and scheduled a session, I will supply you with the information, confirmation, and necessary links required for our session, as well as what to prepare for our session.
Ongoing Training and Follow Up Sessions - Your journey does not cease at the end of our sessions together.
Continued implementation is tantamount for the formation and sustainability of productive habits and growth. It is important that we keep in touch as and when necessary, in order hold perspective and course-correct where you may have reverted back to old the ways or are feeling uncertain.
Old habits and attitudes have a way of reverting back to themselves, without your vigilance, awareness and responsibility. Remember change takes work and time, due to the fact that your "comfort zone" will always seem more appealing.
You will have many opportunities to fall "off the rails", the danger lies in staying off for too long.
