I am passionate about helping women to walk into their God given Destiny. I believe that we all were born with purpose in life and I enjoy helping others find their purpose. I love to motivate and empower women who have been broken by the events in their life.

Thoughtful and interactive
During my adulthood, there has been many times I've sought guidance. Coach Saunders not only provides that support, she listens. There has been many times when I felt, by professionals as well as others, that they advised, but didn't listen. She listens then advises, and I believe that that is the most important and sought after trait that anyone making an effort to help others can possess. I'm very, very grateful to have found her as a resource.
