If you are like me then you've read books on manifesting success, secrets that lead to miracles, spirit speaking to people, meditating to hear the divine wisdom...get my point? If you are also like me, the kids have to get from school to the game and you have a meeting, cant make the game let alone shuttle them there.  you have an employee who is hellbent on making you have a nervous breakdown. you went through an entire presentation with a foreign object on your face that was part of breakfast but looks suspiciously like a booger.   Your significant other seems to need a CPAP machine at night or a fluffy pillow over their face.  Your parents are getting older and now its take care of kids, take care of parents and take care of partner. 
You get up each day,
you show up with the best damn intentions but it feels forced, tedious, boring, unrelenting, stressful, and exhausting.  You start the day by wishing it to be over.  You wish the week away, the month away, the years away. 
We are not celebrities who can go live with monks in silence for a year to find ourselves.  My coaching is for real everyday folks like myself.  I wake up happy these days and he still snores!
