She recieved her license in Massage therapy in 1996. Guiding clients through bridging the gap of where you are now to where you want top be personally and proffesionally.
Other areas of coaching- She is passionate about is Dreamwork. She believes setting intention, incubating and journaling dreams is very transformative. Guiding clients through various exercises in efforts to bring the unconscious/ subconscious to the conscious mind to bring awareness to unresolved issues to be worked on and healed.
One on one coaching sessions- First session is a clarity session setting expectations and intentions for the upcoming series of sessions. Customized package of sessions are created based on client needs. Each session is about an hour to one and a half hours long. Celebrating past triumphs and accomplishments, creating a mission and plan based on client needs, releasing obstacles, establishing boundries, creating a new empowering mindset to successfully exectute an action plan. Review of previous sessions and celebrate excellence in achievements. Stetegic intervention strategies, hypnosis, spirtual guidence and other holistic modalities.
Coaching sessions on Zoom are usually in a series of 2 or more sessions for the best results of your goals. The first step is a detailed intake processes where you will list your needs and expectations for the session. A customized plan will be created for you to help you reach your highest potential. Prior to starting your coaching experience you will recieve a welcome and consent form. Step 2: Coaching sessions start with outlining the process, goal setting, empowerment, creating a plan, action taking steps, accountability and support. Personal growth and healing can accure when we strive to be in a peak or beautiful state emotionally, mentally, physically and energetically. As your coach I promise to lead and challenge you to be your best self. I look forward to being a positive witness on your journey.
1:1 Sesssions start with a free 15 to 20 min clarity session to get a vision of client needs and wanted results.
Group sessions are typically 1 session or workshop in specific modalities such as hypnosis, nlp and coaching.
Online Group Clinical Hypnosis and NLP sessions can be done for a variety of reasons. Examples: Weight loss, stress management, smoking cessation, dreamwork ect...
These sesssions are a great start in understanding the subconscious mind for the great resource that it is. Learning how to quite our thoughts allows are subconscious to be open and receptive for new and positive changes to occur.

1 single session of Clinical Hypnosis combined with Coaching is $250.00.
Series of 2 or more sessions will be determined based on amount of additional sessions needed.
