About me
I have 9+ years of working with adults to change their lives into a more happier self satisfied life through empowering, encouraging and challenging individual's to come out of the "box" of unsatisfactory comfort zone living. I currently work mostly with individuals with drug/alcohol challenges, life skill needs, relationship issues, communication lacks, anger management problems, and behavior modification needs. I truly enjoy inspiring and teaching others to gain the life that they want. I believe that everything that we need, to be and gain what we want is already inside of us; we just need someone to help us unlock and use it. With my Hart2Hart Life Coaching together we will work together for the achievement of your success.

I truly enjoy aiding others in growing and moving past challenging points in their life; therefor I am excited about helping you succeed. I have respect and understanding to my clients needs for change in their life, as I am a person too and we all need change at some point in our lives, that is how we grow and achieve.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I working in the nursing field for over 9 years before I transitioned into teaching and counseling. The last 9 years have bee filled with working with challenged men and women that struggle with many interpersonal issues. I teach anger management, drug & alcohol recovery skills, I also teach men and women on parole life skills as well as motivating, inspiring and guiding them to live a different life style that they would be happy with and be proud of.
I do have a family with children, and I am currently working on my own passions to help individuals be a better them. I believe that when we are unsatisfied with our own personal achievements or are having difficulty with life's circumstances that it takes away from us being the individual that we are capable of being and that takes away from all the other areas of our life that are important to us. Therefore a happier you means improved relationships, a more productive, less stressed, loving, smiling, energetic and satisfied you.
