My coaching style is thought provoking, creative, supportive, and judgement-free.

My coaching is tailored specifically to your wants and needs. A typical guideline is to work with my clients once a week (45 min session), but we adjust our process depending on your desires. I also leave open communication in between sessions for guidance and support.
My service can be done in person or online via phone/zoom/FaceTime.
