I prefer to get a background of what is going on, then we make a plan to work on to accomplish what the client came in to do. I also understand that part of coaching is listening, I am not here to tell you what to do, I am here to help you find the answer and action that works for you.

I am fairly new to coaching
I have been through a lot in my life, between deployments over seas in the army and personal challenges I have a unique empathy for my clients. That does not make me a know it all, it makes me a partner in your coaching experience.
