The mission of Leads7 Coaching is, within the direction of the Spirit, to help Christians:

1. Decide upon a problem to solve or a goal to achieve;


2. Create a plan to solve the problem or achieve the goal;


3. Manage the plan to solve the problem or achieve the goal.

I am a very easy-going, laid-back kind of person.  That's how I like to coach.  I want to motivate my clients to do their best and to encourage them during their spiritual journey.  I see this as an extension of my own personal education in life.  I am honored to walk beside my clients during their pursuit.

I work with clients in three areas:  

1. Help people decide on goals


2. Developing a plan to attain their goals


3. Assisting them in managing their plan

Each session generally proceeds as such:

1. Pray and review progress or changes since last session, including action steps;
2. Determine goal in client’s life they wish to address and plan for;
3. Reality check: where are they in comparison to where they want to be;
4. Explore options, solutions and needed action steps;
5. Help client make a plan and agree to action steps;
6. Assign action steps and pray.

Note:  The only exception to this is relationship/dating goals. Otherwise any other topic is fair game!

I have twenty-five years of experience in higher education as an instructor and administrator.  I've worked with students in a variety of ways.  I've also been in the minstry, mostly on a part-time professional basis.  I've worked with people in this arena in a variety of ways.  I have seven children and thirteen grandchildren.  This is quite an experience.  I believe God used the situations I've been through in my life, especially of late, to teach me to be humble and grateful for what I have, but also not to settle for what I have.  I can help people in the same boat.

I have two session packages:

1.  Four-session package--$225.00

Four 1-hour coaching sessions on the agreed goal or topic (First session will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes). Sessions must be booked at least three days in advance.

Additional sessions are $60.00 each and must be booked no later than 24 hours in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

2.  Eight-session package--$450.00

Eight one-hour coaching sessions (First session will be 1 hour 15 minutes). If the total fee is paid in full at least 24 hours before the first session, the client receives a 10% discount (total price would be $405.00). Otherwise clients may pay in two installments of $225.00 with the first installment due upon receipt of the signed coaching agreement and first invoice, and the second installment due upon receipt of the second invoice.

Additional sessions are $60.00 each and must be booked no later than 24 hours in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Individual one-time sessions are also available for $75.00.
