A Chicago native, we relocated to the Tampa Florida area in 2014.
Having just kicked Triple Negative Breast Cancer to the curb prior to relocating to Tampa, I was eager to continue working as a Massage Therapist and quenching my entrepreneurial thirst.
I have over 15 years of experience as a weight management coach and as a nutraMetrix representative and over 11 years experience in creating wellness plans and work-life balance plans with Massage Therapy clients.
As a Massage Therapist, I met many people who were seeking wellness and work-life balance. During my time as a Massage Therapy studio owner and offering in home massage, I provided time before and after my clients time on the table to listen and to guide them in finding what the sought.
