I help my married and intimate partner clients reignite the spark in their relationships and get through relationship dry spells.
I use a co-active, co-creative approach to coaching sessions. I do not tell my clients what to do, I help them find the answers that work best for their individual needs. Each client and every relationship is different and I approach situations from the client's relative uniqueness.

I started my coaching practice, Reid Ready Coaching, LLC, with the goal to help people form mutually beneficial relationships. My primary focus is married couples and intimate partnerships. Being married for over 20 years, and serving as a Wedding Officiant for over five years, I have not only performed wedding ceremonies, but also premarital coaching, and marriage support for the first year of marriage for many of my clients.
Before I started my business as a relationship coach, I previously consulted with major corporations in providing regulatory guidance and compliance, employee training and development, leadership coaching, as well as implementing team building initiatives and mentoring programs.
