As a 61 year, young sober woman for nearly 19 years, and mother to five grown children, many years of my life were spent trying to fix myself through drowning my sorrows and blaming my husband(s) for a broken marriage. Only to find out it was my thinking all along!
Certified as an Integrative Life Coach in 2003, I utilized my coaching skills in my 25 year career in Human Resources. After retiring in 2015 to care for family members (6 years) it was time to decide what was next on my life's journey. Because I have a servants heart, I started my coaching practice in September of 2021 to best serve my community.
In addition to my coaching and human resources credentials, I possess 19 years as a Sponsor, (supporting women through recovery from alcohol), specializing in working with women suffering the effects of divorce.
The end of a relationship whether its to people (spouse, family, employer) or severing an addiction to things such as drugs, booze, shopping, sex, etc., is an emotionally devastating moment in our lives no matter how it ends. It leaves us feeling lonely, bewildered, angry, undesirable, empty, and hopeless. It's awful! But that pain you are experiencing can be transformed into liberation, confidence, joy, and yes, acceptance.

Life Coaching - I aid clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives. I will help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with tools and strategies to develop a blueprint for the life you dream of attaining.
A Divorce Doula is your trained companion who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to women during separation, divorce, and in the immediate period following divorce. With the support of doulas, devastation can be transformed into a profoundly enlightening experience. Many women are able to perceive their divorce as a positive event, avoid negativity, and experience less stressful co-parenting relationships.
As a trained Sober Coach/Companion, I support women through the effects of separation from their addiction helping them stay in recovery. When we work together, clients will learn how to reconnect with themselves spiritually on a soul level; become equipped to reclaim your dreams - or make new ones; and use the separation as a gift to create a life beyond your wildest imagination! You will gain concepts, tools, and techniques that will lay the foundation for a graceful separation from your addiction and allow you to begin living as the confident and optimistic woman you want to become.

GRACEFUL SEPARATION - 13-Week Program
Through weekly sessions, we will work together on rediscovering who you are (without your significant other), redesigning what your life looks like, and regaining your independence. It’s time to create an extraordinary life filled with love. Our session program includes meditations, visualization exercises, healing work, access to journals, workbooks, and post-program support.
Monthly membership program - $49.00 per month, includes access to one 45 minute session per month, post 1:1 coaching or post Program coaching, articles, resources, free workshops.
Certified as an Integrative Life Coach through the Ford Institute since 2003, I am your trained companion as we navigate the often turbulent waters of relationships, separation/divorce, or addiction and transform it into life recovery. I am here to support you through a life-changing experience tailored specifically to your situation and will act as your guide through a journey of self-discovery, using the separation from people or addictions as a catalyst for change. I don't even know where to begin to express my gratitude for having Daylene in my life as my life coach. I went on the Hub not knowing what to expect and I received a few responses from coaches that just didn't feel like they were good fit for me. I'm also a tough nut to crack when it comes to feelings. It's very hard for me to warm up to someone, but I am just feeling such a connection to her and such a love and respect for her. Quite frankly, I would have never expected that from a coach. Respect yes, but certainly not love. But, it's just her way. Her follow-up notes are so impressive and so thorough. She listens to every single thing I say. She puts her heart and her soul into what she does. I tell her all the time that even though I "misbehave" and I don't do what I say I'll do, I tell her, "I need you in my life". She is also so generous with her time. She goes beyond the call of duty. I text her often and we have phone calls, sometimes, throughout the week. I honestly share with her every little detail of my life and she is open to it all. I could keep on gushing, but will end with this - If you want someone in your corner rooting for you and guiding you, with wise insight, empathy and compassion, I highly recommend, Daylene. ❤
