About Me

Wife & mother of three amazing children.  A teen with autism, a preteen and toddler.  Multiple Sclerosis warrior, Dx. 2005. I have chronic pain, fibromyalgia and several other medical challenges.  Survived sexual, mental, physical and verbal abuse.  Abandonment, group homes, homelessness, rape, domestic violence and violent relationships.  I have seen and endured many difficult situations. I do not share this to elicit pity, but to share my level of expertise.  There is no better school than the school of life! For the last 22 years, I have endured and become professionally trained in overcoming all kinds of obstacles. My experiences and professional training have made me an expert on resilient and creative problem solving.  I learned and taught others to heal and thrive despite whatever challenges life presents.  A master of making the impossible possible, dead dreams come to life and the broken, healed. 

      Retiring from the Air Force has taught me discipline, organization and given me a strong mindset. Trauma taught me resilience, healing and self love when the world did not show me kindness.  Being a mom of a child with special needs taught me patience, unconditional love and how to adapt & teach uniquely to each client.  Being married taught me how to compromise, communicate effectively and positively.  Medical challenges has taught me, gratitude, how to change my perception of difficult situations positively and to enjoy every moment of life.  Lastly school has filled the gaps professionally required to become the guru master of holistic Life mastery coaching you now see before you.  Let me have the honor of guiding you towards the amazing life, we both know you truly deserve!

One on one coaching. Video appts online where we customized a plan according to your specific needs and goals. This is truly unique to each person and their specific goals.  We can do 30 min sessions or 60 min ones.  I have packages and alternative options to fit everyone's scheduling needs.

60 min: $140
