About me
Denise Levy, BSW specializes in the art and science of getting you out of your own way! Denise graduated from University of West Florida with her degree in social work and is a Certified Life Coach & Professional Matchmaker. In addition to Life Coaching, Denise is the owner of MatchMaker Gulf Coast and works with singles nationally. Denise has the perfect combination of education, professional and personal experience and she offers life coaching based on mindfulness, positive psychology and cognitive behavioral techniques.
Denise has spent the last 30 years of her life intentionally observing, learning, researching, and interacting with people from all walks of life. As a student of human behavior, she has invested numerous hours and certifications, and has worked with leading industry experts to create a coaching model that she knows works!
In addition to her Life Coaching Certification, Denise is also a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner adding to her skill set and Life Coaching toolbox.
Denise currently serves on the Board of Directors for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Emerald Coast. NAMI is a national non-profit mental health consumer advocacy organization. NAMI Emerald Coast is a local affiliate of National NAMI.
