I am a Robbins-Madanes trained Strategic Intervention coach, trained in CBT, am a clinical nutritionist and an advanced raw food chef trained by Matthew Kenney and Plantlab.

With my husband I run retreats at our small Chateau in France dealing with the health and wellbeing of both mind and body (though residential retreats are mostly on hold due to Covid).  People come to us from all over the world.

I spent 35 years founding and building international businesses with products Idesigned and branded whilst raising 2 children and renovating our homes with my husband (also a therapist).

I know how to juggle - and how hard that can be.

I understand the emotional and health challenges that come our way and have vast experience in helping people regain energy, confidence, motivation and happiness whether suffering from burnout, loss of identity after redundancy/ retirement/ selling a business/ relationship ending/ empty nest, going through menopause, recovering from illness and most things in between.

I coach people with myriad needs and my specialisations are  life changes, health, relationships and weight management.
