PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
My holistic path to wellness became clear when I was 16 years old. Who knew that a death in the family would teach me so much about living! In honour of my mother -- and more recently, my sister -- I continue to learn how to live true. Taking that step, that commitment, opened doors to my own ideal health, my relationship with myself and how I create community with those I love. And now I'm here to help you.
I created my holistic practice over 3 years ago, but I've been working in this field for 15 years. Trusting that what I do will attract clients who truly want to feel at peace in themselves, I took the leap!
