About me

Dr. Natasha Filippides is a Life Coach, Professional Psychologist, Author, Guest Speaker, Educator, and Equine Assisted Mental Health Professional.

Dr. Natasha received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine. She went on to study Marriage and Family therapy, earning a Master of Science Degree from the University of La Verne. Dr. Natasha continued her academic journey at Pacifica Graduate Institute where she was awarded a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology.

As a community activist and advocate Dr. Natasha actively volunteers her time and expertise in support of numerous causes and is involved with several non-profit organizations.

Dr. Natasha is available to accept coaching clients virtually and in person within the United States and abroad.

Dr. Natasha specializes in helping clients that have found themselves stuck or plateaued in their journey of healing, growth and wellness. Her extensive background in Depth Psychology provides a unique approach to coaching, addressing underlying issues to shift deeply entrenched patterns, behaviors and relational dynamics. Her particular areas of interest include couple and family relationship coaching, leadership and performance coaching, as well as personal growth and transformation coaching.

Ongoing training

Dr. Natasha was a competitive equestrian growing up and over the past decade has used her knowledge of human and horse behavior in her work providing Equine Assisted Growth & Learning. She is a contributor in the text book: Equine-Assisted Mental Health Interventions. Dr. Natasha is the founder of Depth Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (DEAP) and currently provides consultation and training for clinicians in the field.
