About me
I am a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, who supports and guides people in overcoming the obstacles that stand in the way of their happiness and growth.
Let's be honest with each other. If changing our lives were as easy as all the articles out there say it is, we would all have godly bodies, be worth millions and have a smile on our faces 24/7.
But changing our lives is hard! It requires sacrifice and pushing through difficult emotional situations. On the flip side it is only as hard as we make it. The truth is that we make it hard for ourselves.
What do I offer and why am I here?
For the past decade I have been travelling the world, and chasing as many different experiences as possible. I have worked in a variety of different areas; from a renewable energy research laboratory, to a watersports company, to onboard private yachts of the wealthiest people in the world.
I have an insatiable desire to meet new people, connect and build relationships that are fun and supportive. Through my travels I have overcome many of my own personal barriers, and how I overcome them is what I am sharing.
I am not a guru that can make miracles, and there is no magic pill. Albeit, I know how to help other people become aware of, understand and move past their personal barriers.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
The Key to any coaching relationship is to form a comfortable and open environment.
I do not have a specific coaching style but rather my focus is on creating aha moments for the client. How we get to these aha moments depends on your personality. Some clients may want more direct guidelines to follow, whilst others may need to talk through a situation until a new perspective is gained.
In all coaching relationships however I consistently check up with the client to ensure they are moving forward, and help out if there are any roadblocks along the way.
