Nowadays, with the increased use of technology to interact, the traditional face to face discussion is not always the most convenient or preferred option for busy people. That’s why I offer mainly online coaching with telephone and email interaction including instant messaging. The advantage of this is that for those of you who may find it difficult to attend appointments due to location, childcare arrangements or previous commitments, etc you will still be able to access my services but at a mutually convenient time and in your own comfortable and relaxed environment.
Working with local government at their team bases providing individual and group sessions with role play, interactive exercises and group coaching techniques. Various packages are available to meet organizational requirements.
Packages for ongoing training are available for individuals with long term goals that require intensive action planning and target setting.

Along with my varied experience and numerous qualifications covering a wide variety of subjects, I also have a Post Graduate Diploma in Business as well as and in Health & Social Care Management, Certificate in PRINCE2 (Project Management) and am a Certified Executive Coach.
Fees: from $40 to $250
A standard telephone consultation will last 45 minutes for £60.
A 60 minute consultation is available for £75
A shorter session of 30 minutes costs £40
E-mail consultations are available at £65 per week or £250 per month for more complex issues.
Group coaching sessions are available at £500 per half day session working with groups of 5 or less at employee team base.
Ongoing sessions are available at 3 monthly renewable contracts with price depending on medium of communication.
