I love getting insights into my client's life story, learning about their strengths, deepest aspirations, and the things they are ready to change in their life.
I offer wellness and life coaching on Zoom. Each session is between 60-75 min.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of offering emotional support to a wide range of people of all ages, nationalities and walks of life at Cruse Bereavement Care - the UK's largest bereavement charity, where I also served as a supervisor.
My work with clients is further enhanced by the selective use of different modalities I have studied over the years including: person-centred Rogerian Therapy, Adlerian Individual Psychology, and Dance Movement Therapy. In addition, I have extensive experience in relationship counselling, spiritual guidance (in a church setting), and emotional support of cancer patients and their families.
