I am a warm and caring person, with a deep desire to help people. I specialize in Career Coaching.
I spent twenty five years at Goldman Sachs, the premier investment bank in the world. During my tenure I had the privilege of coaching and mentoring scores of colleagues in the growth of their professional careers. It was also a great opportunity to meet some of the smartest people in the world, who have made it their life passion to realizing their dreams. I had the opportunity to deliver motivational seminars to colleagues around the world.
After I left Goldman Sachs, I spent some time as a small business owner and learned a lot about entrepreneurship, and gained insights on how to help people realize their dreams in a variety of circumstances.
In addition to my Goldman Sachs experience, my training and credentials of Doctor of Divinity, has provided me with both the experience and knowledge to help people work through life's most difficulty challenges. Not only to make it through, more...

The two most important things I do for for/with my clients are:
2) Asking the right questions.
My sessions have a warm and caring feel to them. My clients tend to tell me that they feel a sense of encouragement throughout the sessions.
My goal is to help people help themselves. I tend not to provide advice, I try to nurture people to provide themselves with their own advice. Advice that comes from WITHIN is always more powerful than advice that comes from WITHOUT.
My clients have learned that one of the most toxic words in the English language is can't. it's something that's re-enforced throughout our coaching experience.

I provide in-person coaching for those in the metro NYC area, as well as phone coaching for those outside that area.
My sessions are typically 60 minutes in length, though I'm certainly not a clock watcher. Our initial first session typically lasts 90 minutes.
I do provide the option to purchase monthly coaching packages, which offer a savings over individual sessions. I also find that committing to a monthly plan, is a good step in committing to a life of change.
My vast experience at GOLDMAN SACHS has provided me with both the clarity and experience to be an impactful, and results oriented coach. I have had the opportunity to hold many different roles, which has enabled me to see the career picture from many different perspectives.
My training for my Doctor of Divinity degree, along with the responsibilities of that credential, have prepared and enabled me to help people through a vast array of life situations. through this, I have developed a keen sense of compassion for my fellow man, and a deep devotion to helping people live their dreams.
As a father and grandfather, I live a life of caring and compassion. Nothing prepares one to help others, like the experience of helping and giving to one's own family.
