I hold a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in Social & Sustainable Entrepreneurship. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Social Science. I'm trained and certified in wraparound facilitation, case management, crisis intervention, and motivational interviewing.
I've served as a Social Worker and Case Manager in a Washington State government agency and as a Care Coordinator and Facilitator in the nonprofit community behavioral health field since 2013. I've also owned and operated a small business and marketing consulting company. I was a Director of Partnerships and Business Development Manager for one of the leading online mental health and therapist directories. In addition, I've supported incarcerated people through sustainable prisons projects to reduce more...
I help to inspire awareness in your actions to achieve your goals in life, health and wellness, relationships, family, career, business, and communication.
We collaborate together to identify your dreams, aspirations, strengths, needs, barriers, and goals. We assess and review these topics.
We brainstorm to create strategies and action steps to help you implement change and growth toward your goals.
We develop a plan that you can use with reminders and follow-ups. We celebrate your successes.
We create a transition plan so that you will be comfortable achieving goals on your own after you no longer need coaching services.
My coaching style is based on an integrative and mindfulness type of approach that emphasizes connections between body-mind-spirit and focusing attention and awareness on the present moment with purpose and non-judgement.
This approach helps us to not get stuck in the past or future, and better align your thoughts, feelings, and actions to plan for achieving your goals.
In my coaching style, I'm guided by the following principles:
1. Respect for your voice and choice
2. Team or group based decision making
3. Use of natural supports (family and friends)
4. Collaboration (working together)
5. Community based (living in and with your community)
6. Culturally relevant and competent (based on your unique culture and story)
7. Individualized (tailored to you and all your strengths, needs, goals)
8. Strengths based (built on strengths to achieve goals)
9. Unconditional (non-judgmental regard)
10. Outcome based (measured and reported to achieve progress)
